SOLID SYSTEMS contantly sends engineers to vendor certification and vendor organised trainings for skills and knowledge enhancement.  SOLID SYSTEMS also conducts its own regional training events to keep engineers and staff abreast with clients’ new technologies and growing needs. This continuous effort in educating our staff provides SOLID SYSTEMS readiness to support customers’ anytime, be it our field-engineers on-site, our logistics staff handling the delivery of your parts or our 24/7 call centre operators; we’re here and ready for your call. 

Parts

SOLID SYSTEMS supports customers globally; today SOLID SYSTEMS has depots in most major cities.  Parts are immediately replaced at locations after being used for part replacement.  As delivering quality parts is important in our business of business support, SOLID SYSTEMS performs annual parts audit (test and report) to ensure that all parts stored in the warehouse are in good working condition and always ready for dispatching.

 

 

 
Sybase has world wide SUN UNIX servers and workstations. For Europe the maintenance is done by Solid Systems Computer services Ltd.
